We’re seeking a civil engineering technician with 4-10 years of experience. Strong Civil 3D skills are highly preferred. In this role, you’ll work within small, collaborative teams, where your input is crucial in shaping project designs. You’ll support projects from start to finish—ensuring technical precision and seeing them come to life.

ABOUT THE JOB
We are a close-knit architectural firm of 35 professionals, committed to impactful design. We work on a range of projects—single-family, multifamily, assisted living, local churches, and small or large commercial/industrial projects. We’re seeking an architect with 4-10 years of architectural experience. Licensure is preferred, and strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus. In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept to completion—no large team silos—guiding every step of the design process.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
Experience in Project Management, including coordinating team efforts to meet project goals
Familiarity with Software Development and Integration
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities
Relevant certifications, such as a professional architect license, are preferred
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture preferred or a related field
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Civil engineering degree
EIT preferred
0–5 years of experience preferred
Civil 3D experience preferred
Interest in site development, commercial work, and land development
Strong written and verbal communication
Someone coachable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Experience in Site Development design.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Valid Driver’s License is required.
